Update: Sqlite Dataprovider for SUBv2

Here is the new Sqlite Dataprovider for SingleUserBlog v2.0.1. It is now supports string IDs so any existing SingleUserBlog can migrate easily.

Hi Brendan, sorry that I haven't gotten back to you earlier about SQLite but I've been busy finishing my book.

I tried to run with your data provider this morning but got quite a few errors along the lines of:

> Additional information: The database file
> is locked

Would you like me to send you my BlogML file so that you can see these errors for yourself? I'm thinking that they must be occurring due to the larger size of my BlogML?
